 Affinity also encourages its clients to find photos of other structures that incorporate design elements that they like for use in their new home. We will build on your lot, or if need be, we can help you find the perfect location.
Upon your initial meeting with Vince, a concept plan can be produced on the spot, before your very eyes. His extensive experience and formal education makes it easy for Vince to incorporate your ideas into an innovative drawing that meets your family’s unique lifestyle needs.
When producing the formal plan, careful consideration is given to many things, including the position of your home on the lot; incorporating the environment and the natural characteristics of your lot into the design; the angle of the afternoon sun into your bedroom; etc. Functionality and flow are built into the design to maximise comfort and practicality. |
